    The phone consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other briefly. You are welcome to ask any questions about the counseling process. We will collaboratively decide if making the initial appointment is the right decision for you.
  • INTAKE SESSION (60-75 MINS): $105
    During this session, I will provide you with an overview of what a counseling session and get to learn about each other The additional time is allotted so that I can collect significant history and information on the presenting issue. This requires me to ask you more than the normal amount of questions as we form counseling goals.
    We will continue to work together in your healing journey to reach the goals you’ve set. Clients typically come for 3-5 sessions based on their goals. * I offer openings in my schedule for a limited number of sliding scale participants. Please email/call to inquire about my current availability.
    Weekly Healing is available to assist organizations with the development of community events and organization programs that focus on mental health and wellness. Please complete the contact form with goals and timeline for the event to determine needs and capacity.
    Weekly Healing is available to provide organizations with an engaging, interactive workshop or seminar focusing on various mental health topics such as: Mental Health Equity Suicide Prevention Training Self-Care & Well-Being Self-Advocacy Skills for Teens and Young Adults Boundary Setting Please complete the contact form with goals and timeline for the event to determine needs and capacity.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We do not accept insurance at this time. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
  • Since we are meeting virtually, how do I pay for the sessions?
    Debit and credit cards are accepted to pay for the sessions. Payments are completed automatically before each session. *If paying with HSA/FSA, Weekly Healing requires that an alternate card is kept on file in case funds are declined or depleted*
  • Late-Cancellation Policy
    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand via text, email, phone, or through the client portal. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.
  • What is session etiquette?
    As we are meeting virtually, I just ask that you are appropriately dressed as you are going to a doctor's appointment. Please try to find a quiet place with limited disruptions that provide privacy so that you feel most comfortable.
