ABOUT
Hello, my name is Natalia Weekly!
I am originally from Louisville and currently live in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati area. I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Counseling & Human Services and Organizational Leadership. I went on to earn my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, focusing on College Student Development, from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018.
I have experience providing therapy in both educational and community settings. My work in these environments has included individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, program development, and advocacy.
I am passionate about mental health equity and holistic well-being. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, cooking, reading, and serving the community as a mentor and mental health advocate. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Kentucky, license number 268640.
My Approach
I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome perfectionism, boost self-esteem, navigate grief, and manage depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, career concerns, and stress-related issues, specifically focusing on young adults aged 16 to 35.
My counseling approach is both client-centered and strengths-based, inviting you to embrace your authentic self. You have every right to take up space because you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will collaborate to unpack your past experiences and forge a path to a brighter future.
I am dedicated to supporting your healing journey by employing an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). As someone passionate about music and pop culture, I often use creative interventions to inspire reflection and growth.
Let's embark on this transformative journey together!
