ABOUT

Hello, my name is Natalia Weekly!

I am a Louisville native, currently residing in NKY/Greater Cinncinati Area. I am a proud alum of Northern Kentucky University where I received my Bachelors in Counseling & Human Services and Organizational Leadership in 2016. I received my Masters from The University of North Carolina-Greensboro in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in College Student Development in 2018. I have experience providing therapy in education and community settings. The work within those settings included: individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, program development, and advocacy.

I am passionate about mental health equity and holistic well-being. I am currently working as a full-time higher education professional at a local university providing case management services. During my free time, I enjoy listening to music, cooking, reading and serving the community as a mentor and mental health advocate. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Kentucky #268640. I provide counseling under the supervision of Meghan M Spaulding, LPCC-S # 103096.

My Approach

I specialize in treating perfectionism, self-esteem, grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, career, and stress-related issues; with a focus on teens and young adults (16-35 years old).

My approach to counseling is client-centered and strengths-based so I encourage you to show up as you are! You deserve to take up space as you are the expert of your life. We will work collaboratively in processing past experiences to help you move forward. I support individuals in their desire to heal inner wounds by utilizing an integrative approach of  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT) in the therapy sessions. I am a lover of music and pop culture so you will often see me provide opportunities to utilize creative interventions for reflection.
